The ThinkSystem SD650-N V3 with Lenovo Neptune™ Direct Water Cooling (DWC) technology utilizes warm-water cooling to remove heat from the CPUs, memory, I/O, local storage, and voltage regulators. All critical components operate at lower temperatures, delivering greater performance and density in quiet, energy efficient system.

Whisper Quiet, Energy Efficient
Thanks to its effective water-cooling system the ThinkSystem SD650-N V3 does not have any built-in fans. Using hardware and software optimization, customers who have installed Neptune™ DWC systems have reported energy cost savings of up to 40%. The system runs almost silently after the fans are taken out of the equation.
