Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with K12 schools. You will work closely with school administrators, IT departments, and other stakeholders to understand their unique needs and provide tailored IT solutions that enhance the learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate K12 schools within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the education sector.
- Present and demonstrate CTI's range of IT solutions, including hardware, software, and support services, to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure solutions are aligned with each school’s specific requirements.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies in the educational field.
- Participate in educational conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote CTI’s offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and ensuring a seamless implementation process.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and strategic plans to management.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the educational technology or IT solutions industry.
- Familiarity with the educational landscape, particularly K12 schools, is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present complex information succinctly.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
